bookmyshop does not provide for a refund policy for its website. bookmyshop will not be liable in any way for refund related dues between the parties.
The Parties will mutually discuss the refund policy and enter the transaction
All refund request will be addressed to the Owners/Event managers/Organizers.
Where a cancellation is initiated by the Customer the Owners/Event managers/Organizers will take all necessary steps to refund the cost liable to be paid.
All valid refunds will be processed through valid payment channels approved by bookmyshop.
A refund will only be considered provided proper documentation is done for the transaction in question.
The Owners/Event managers/Organizers will provide and the Customer will seek proper receipts of the transactions.
In case there is an alleged fraud, the responsibility of proving the fraud lies with the party so that proper refund can be initiated.
